The primary bedroom is the largest of the bedrooms with room for a pack & play or mod couch platform for little travelers. The mattress is firm and there are foam toppers in the closet to accommodate preferences . Window views guest parking.

Easy 1 mile walk to downtown San Antonio Riverwalk from the newly built condo in the popular Tobin Hill neighborhood. No need to carry keys; just remember your access code or use your smartphone to access the garage door (with host approval)!

Each bedroom has a Google spot to serve as your personal assistant answering questions such as “What is the forecast for today? Is there any live music this weekend? Recommendations for good BBQ?” It can also play ambient sounds for a great sleep!

Second floor features a great open space where the kitchen flows into the dining room which flows into the living room. Full kitchen, half bath, bar cart, and cabinet space for guest groceries. Extra blankets can be found in the ottoman.

Dining table has seating for 6. Extra seating and a folding table are stored between the sofa and wall for larger groups. Place settings for 10, plus children’s dishes.

The 2nd floor features the living area with a comfy couch (and a hidden queen sleeper sofa, the dining area, full kitchen and a half bath for convenience!

The living room has the most comfortable queen sofa sleeper we could find. Blankets and pillows can be found in the ottoman and the tv console. There are additional mattress pads upstairs in the primary bedroom to further improve comfort.

Throw blankets & pillows of various colors, textures, and thicknesses for an extra level of coziness to help your group feel right at home. (Please use sheets between skin and fabric surfaces when sleeping: contact host for access to extras)

Family hub has various apps for productivity and entertainment in the kitchen. Check the calendar for upcoming events in San Antonio!

A variety of coffee pods and teas are provided for use with the Keurig coffee machine, tea kettle, or french press. (Available flavors may not be what is represented in the photo). Also provided are various sizes of mugs to enjoy your cup of “go.”

Hosts store seasonal/specialty items in locked lockers. If you find that you forgot something or were not prepared for the weather, reach out to the hosts; they may be able to lend what you need.

First Aid Kit is stored in the cabinet above the microwave/stove. Please let your host know if you use first aid supplies so they can be replaced before the next guest.

This super comfy king sized murphy bed has underbed lighting with a remote on the wall which adjusts from brighter to dimmer and even has pulsating light options. At the head of the bed, there is are usb, usb-c and standard plugs for guest devices.

This downstairs bedroom is equipped with a tv, a closet, a small fold-down desk under the tv, a full bathroom, and a Murphy bed which, when closed, provides a large lighted workspace with a charging station for remote work needs.

Front door, entryway, 1st floor bedroom. Keyless access code deadbolt, plenty of exterior and interior lighting, and wall hooks for all your accessories you will need as you walk out the door!

Full bathroom features dimmable vanity lights, shower light, magnetic handheld shower head, bathtub, crisp, clean towels and bath mats, hand soap and a hair dryer. Shower dispensers include body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The primary bedroom en-suite bathroom has two sinks, a bidet, and a shower in addition to plenty of storage and counter space for guest items.

Warm dimmable lighting options create the atmosphere desired, whether bright and sunny for family game/puzzle time or low and golden for a romantic private evening.

While our space fits 6 most comfortably, we allow 10 with the understanding that creative sleeping arrangements may be necessary. In the case of larger groups, a folding table and chairs are available.

Additional work space even when the bed is open. Closes flat when not in use. Outlets and charger ports right at desk height for all your devices. Sit right on the end of the bed and check in with work before settling in for the night.

Shelves to the right of the fold-down desk are perfect for stashing the pillows to close the wall-bed. Shelves to the left house books, a touch light, a Google nest mini, still leaving space for your bedside needs.

A little hard to see here, but there is a hidden surge protector with USB and USB-C ports right at the head of the Murphy bed.

Keep your nighttime routines with the littles without having to worry about packing and traveling with all the books and all the toys.

Guests with children report that our backpacks with age appropriate toys and books were a great distraction for the kiddos while adults got settled in! We’ll ask for age ranges (optional) and try to provide enough that you can pack less!

Plenty of well-lit space for working remotely. The fold-down desk on the closed Murphy bed features ample workspace, desk lighting, multiple outlets and charging ports.

There is just enough space behind the desk surface to allow cords to be tucked away where they can be plugged into the surge protector under the fold-down desk. (computer/monitor not provided)

A mix of live and wannabe-live plants create a cozy, earthy, clean vibe. And thanks to some self-watering tricks, guests don’t need to worry about caring for plants. Just enjoy! Full length mirror located on the main floor.

Each bedroom features a full bathroom with dimmable lights, a TV with convenient “guest mode,” a closet and a window with room darkening blinds, sheers, and curtains. Charger ports at the head of the bed, and 100% cotton sheets.

No need to water! We take care of the plants between guests.

You won't need to pack bedtime stories for the littles in your group. We have books on shelves and also backpacks outfitted with books and activities according to age group.

This bedroom now features a ceiling mounted television, walk-in closet with luggage rack, an attached full bathroom, blackout blinds, and dimmable lamps with charger ports on both nightstands. (please bring your own cords)

The secondary King bedroom features a walk in closet, TV, night stands and lamps with charging ports, a full bathroom with dimmable lights, tub with shower, and shower products. Windows have light blocking blinds, sheers, and room darkening blinds.

Warm hues and a cool accent wall welcome you to your private king suite/bathroom/closet where you can adjust the temp of your personal AC/heat unit.
(All 4 units will be set to EITHER heat or cool, but temperatures can be vary per your preference.)

Dishes for adults and children. A few tall water cups with straws are provided to help keep your group hydrated in the heat, and all within reach of the kitchen sink.

The basics for cooking: baking mix, flour, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, a few spices. Some displayed, some neatly tucked away in the cabinet to keep the surfaces clear and clutter-free.

The entryway includes a drop zone with a drawer full of umbrellas, a place to hang sunglasses and a row of sturdy hooks on the wall for your coats, bags, etc.

Carefully inspected 100% cotton sheets and a medium-firm mattress were chosen to optimize your chances for a restful night’s sleep while away from home. The west-facing windows have light blocking blinds, sheers, and darkening curtains.

Lamps, lights, rugs, throw pillows and blankets, games, puzzles, and warm hues with pops of color create a cozy, warm space to create memories. Your comfort goes into every element, every design choice!

FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: We love welcoming families and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
